3 – Aimee Presswood

Aimee Presswood completed her Masters in singing at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, following a music degree at the University of Manchester. In January, she won second prize in the recital class at the David Clover Singing Competition and during her year at Trinity Laban, won all of the college’s singing competitions. In 2017, Opera magazine described her Virtù for Trinity Laban’s L’Incoronazione di Poppea as ‘beautifully sung’. Other operatic roles include Cimarosa, Mozart, Purcell, Humperdinck and Menotti. Ensembles with whom she has sung include the Chamber Choir of London, The Sixteen, and Armonico Consort. Aimee teaches singing for St Helen’s Northwood, St Marylebone School and the London Oriana Choir and is a section leader for the National Youth Training Choirs.
