Bach’s Christmas Oratorio: Parts I, II, and VI

This January, the Oxford Bach Soloists perform Parts I, II, and VI of Bach’s Christmas Oratorio under the direction of Steven Grahl. Following their “standout performance of the Christmas Oratorio” (The Guardian, 2024), these concerts bring Bach’s timeless retelling of the Nativity and Epiphany stories to life.

3rd January 2026 – University Church, Oxford at 7.30pm

From the exuberant choruses celebrating Christ’s birth to moments of reflection and triumph, Bach’s masterpiece will be performed by a stellar ensemble of soloists, chorus, and period instruments. Join us and experience the rich beauty of Bach’s music this New Year.
