The Oxford Bach Soloists have been featured in the latest edition of the Mayfair Times
The Mayfair Times have been incredibly generous to include us in their monthly magazine as part of their ‘Cultural Salons’ series. Under the headline ‘Bach and Bacchus’, the article captures the wonderful event hosted by our Patron, Alexander Armstrong, and our Principal Sponsors, Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni and Jane Patterson.
Guests at our fundraising event were treated to a musical recital of Bach’s music performed by regular members of the ensemble, Yu-Wei Hu (Baroque flute) and Johan Löfving (theorbo) with soloist Nick Pritchard. The evening began at Hedonism in Mayfair and hosted by Querciabella, Sebastiano’s organic vineyard, were guests tasted three magnificent wines, and then a private dinner at award-winning vegan restaurant, Stem and Glory.
