Our sixth episode opens with Bach’s Violin Sonata in G performed by Jean Paterson, violin, accompanied by Gabriel Amherst, cello and Anhad Arora, harpsichord. They are then joined by Ben Davies, baritone, for Bach’s shortest extant cantata.
