Earlier in the year Pegram Harrison (SBS Senior Fellow in Entrepreneurship) invited Oxford Bach Soloists to join him at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. The session, designed and run for MBA students, was about leadership. Several of the students attempted to conduct the choir and their approach and experience were used to teach some valuable lessons about leadership, as described in a very interesting article in The Economist this week.
